These terms govern your use of the CzechQuest platform. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
CzechQuest is an independent online preparation platform for the Czech A2 and B1 language exams. It is not affiliated with any official Czech examination body. Completing practice tasks on this platform does not guarantee passing the official exam.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
3. Free trial
Each new user receives 5 free trial questions. The trial counter is tied to your account and cannot be reset by creating a new account. Once the trial is exhausted, you must upgrade to Premium to continue practicing.
4. Premium subscriptions
Premium is offered as a monthly (300 CZK) or quarterly (600 CZK) subscription. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Referral & discount codes
Referral codes can only be created and redeemed by active Premium members. Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be revoked if abuse is detected.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute, resell, or scrape the practice content. Automated access to the platform is prohibited. Violations may result in account termination without refund.
7. Liability
The platform is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
